The Parkinson’s Care Network is an invitation only, group of assisted living homes that are dedicated to providing excellent care and a safe and loving environment for their Parkinson’s residents.
The Network provides training and a certification to the Members caregivers as well as an ongoing referral source for future Parkinson’s residents.

How the Parkinson's Care Network started
In 2021, Bella Vita Assisted Living, the founding member of the Parkinson’s Care Network recognized the need for specialized services to provide a more knowledgeable and higher level of care for their residents with Parkinson’s in their homes.
And so, Bella Vita Assisted Living invested the time and effort to collaborate with Parkinson’s Disease experts to provide training for their caregivers, build a specific plan of care for Parkinson’s residents and create a safe and loving environment.
In 2023 the management at Bella Vita Assisted Living realized that there was a need to provide the same level of Parkinson’s care to other families in assisted living homes throughout the Phoenix region.
The best and most efficient way to expand its Parkinson’s care expertise was to educate other like-minded assisted living homeowners and share the knowledge and expertise of Parkinson’s care with them.
And so, the Parkinson’s Care Network was formed, and other assisted living homes are joining the mission to provide better care for Parkinson’s residents in their care homes across the Phoenix region.
Becoming a member of the Parkinson's Care Network
Before an assisted living home can become a member of the Parkinson’s Care Network, their management team and staff are fully vetted to make sure their business and care philosophies are aligned with the Parkinson’s Care Network.
All homes must meet standards for physical layout of their home as well make the commitment to provide our Parkinson’s training curriculum to their caregivers.
The Parkinson’s Care Network is an invitation only certification and membership.

The Parkinson’s Care Network created a consumer website for Parkinson’s care partners to learn about certified Parkinson's Care Home options within the Network for their loved ones.

ParkinsonCareHomes.com educates the care partner about care home options for their loved ones with Parkinson’s that can no longer live at home.

This website has strong SEO features to help attract potential clients while searching on search engines like Google directing them to the website and directory.

Visitors to the website will search for a care home based on a desired area.

The locations map will display only the certified Parkinson’s Care homes in the Network.

The care partner will be prompted to contact an expert from the Parkinson’s Care Home team.
How it works

Care partners will contact the Parkinson's Care Home team and have a conversation. The team will establish if it is a viable lead.

If the care partner is interested in touring a home, they will be given the contact's name & number of a Member home in their desired area to schedule a tour.

Our Member home will also be notified of the lead and provided the contact information of the care partner.

If the care partner is not interested in touring a home at the moment, they will be put into a CRM database and contacted every few months. This soft approach may lead into future referrals for homes in the Parkinson's Care Network.

The Parkinson’s Care Network has developed many relationships with other Parkinson’s organizations and services that work with the Parkinson’s community.
Being invited to support groups, having a presence at Parkinson’s events, workshops, networking with healthcare providers specializing in Parkinson’s care etc. will create an awareness of the Parkinson’s Care Network and trust with the care partners for potential Parkinson’s residents for our homes.
